TETRIS REMIX is a Tetris game developed for Japanese mobile phones. This version of Tetris includes a collection of modes from various other G-mode Tetris games: "TETRIS" mode, "CASCADE" mode, "HOTLINE" mode, and "STICKY" mode.

• "TETRIS" mode: Basic Tetris
• "CASCADE" mode: A version of Tetris where, after a line is cleared, the remaining pieces will fall to the bottom. This mechanic was used in TETRIS BLUE.
• "HOTLINE" mode: Goal is to erase tetronimos on the line drawn on the stage. This mechanic was used in TETRIS BLUE.
• "STICKY" mode: Goal is to erase obstructing blocks on the stage. This mechanic was used in TETRIS RED.

TETRIS REMIX, along with 7 other games, was included in the Android compilation Tetris Classic Collection published by G-mode.
