Rockman.EXE Phantom of Network (ロックマンエグゼ P.o.N.) is a mobile game in the style of the MegaMan Battle Network GBA games. It features an original story about past Navi bosses being revived via cache data, with Lan and MegaMan.EXE investigating the cache data's source.

A side app and continuation of Phantom of Network's story, Rockman.EXE Phantom of Network Batter's Tower (ロックマン エグゼ ファントム オブ ネットワーク バトラーズタワー), was released for DoCoMo and KDDI devices in 2007. It simulates online multiplayer by comparing player scores to other players' scores online.
