Professor Layton and the Curious Village (レイトン教授と不思議な町) is a mobile port of the Nintendo DS title by the same name. It was offered on both Professor Layton Mobile / Mobile R. Additionally, the demo of the game arrived pre-installed on the P-01A, P-03A and P906i series of phones. It seems that the whole game was actually free (at least for some of the models above, like the P906i), but an upgrade had to be downloaded on a microSD card, as the total weight was about 60 Megabytes.The port had cutscenes and voice acting, just like the original Nintendo DS game. The game was playable in landscape mode, it is unknown if a vertical version also exists.
