Christmas Collection was a minigame offered on Professor Layton Mobile for a limited time. Just like Summer Collection, the minigame would have been played on browser only, and thus it was not downloadable.
The event started on November 29, 2011 and ended on December 26, 2011. You would obtain 3 Christmas Tickets per day, and you could swap them with decorations for your Christmas tree, you could purchase more tickets if you wanted to.
The game takes place in Misthallery, the town of Professor Layton and the Spectre's Call, the fourth game in the series. Luke would go in a shop in town to exchange the tickets with Christmas ornaments and such.
For the duration of this event, your Christmas tree would also have been displayed on the "My Page" section of the site, so users could see eachother's trees.
It is also possible that, just like in Summer Treasure, the player would have obtained prizes for playing, such as Wallpapers and Decome.
