HI Corporation (Previously known as HI Co,. LTD) was a company focused on the development of software for embedded devices (Such as: mobile phones, PDAs, multimedia centers, etc.)
One of their most notable products was MascotCapsule, a 3D graphics engine designed to operate purely on software for devices which are severly limited in terms of CPU performance and lack of proper 3D acceleration.
MascotCapsule was bundled in approximately thousands of Japanese mobile phones since 2002.
Since, March 01, 2024. The company is now known as MICWARE AUTOMOTIVE CO., LTD.
