Gradius NEO (グラディウス NEO) is a mobile exclusive game in the Gradius series. Like other Gradius games, Gradius NEO includes the Power-up System. However, this game also includes the new Formation System (フォーメーション・システム), which allows you to choose the arrangement of your power ups mid-game.
Gradius NEO also received an international J2ME release.
