Create a debug cable and preserve keitai games.[edit | edit source]
- You can easily dump the game from some DoCoMo's FOMA models with ktdumper.
- To do so, you need to prepare "FOMA USB Connection Cable 02" and make a Debug Cable.
Preliminary Information[edit | edit source]
- If you are looking for a phones with games in them, you will be targeting junk items that have not been wiped.
- Purchasing the following junk phone set is the most likely way to get it. Downloaded games are particularly valuable.
- Search the junk phone set - Yahoo! JAPAN Auction(2) / Mercari(2)
- Fortunately, ktdumper does not require the phone's battery.
- If it's a large number of units, the market price is around 200 to 300 yen per unit.
- Sometimes it's just one phone with 20-50 games while the rest don't have any. However, sadly this is currently the way to get the most games.
- It is recommended to consult with Keitai Wiki Discord Server to find out which items have more docomo phones.
