Bomberman Land 3 (ボンバーマンランド3) is PlayStation 2 game by Hudson that featured a variety of mini-games. The goal of this game is to complete mini-games in order to earn items and unlock various parts of the island you are on.
One of the items you are able to collect are mobile games, which are saved in player's phone menu under アィテム (Items) -> ガチャあぷ (Gacha Apu). The term Gacha Apu comes from Hudson's mobile distribution portals for Japanese feature phone games such as Chaku☆Apu♪.
It is likely that these mobile mini-games are hard-coded into Bomberman Land 3 itself, with no remaining J2ME code.
