Blocks (ブロックス) is an Breakout/Arkanoid-type game that was available on Sonic Cafe.

Tectoy Mobile is also known to have released a J2ME game in Brazil titled Sega Paredão, which could plausibly have been a localization of Blocks, although it's not possible to say for certain since no versions of either game are preserved.
